UFC owners at Endeavor sold to private equity firm, TKO remains publicly traded - MMA Fighting
Endeavor is going private again selling to Silver Like, a private equity firm that will now maintain 100 percent ownership over the talent agency but TKO Group Holdings — the merged company with UFC and WWE — will remain publicly traded for now.
